Is your ribbon wired?  

Yes, All of our ribbon is wired unless noted differently within the description field.  

Why does the system keep going in a loop and not let me check out?  

You will notice a quantity for each individual item on the description page for that item, if the product is out of stock or you order more than what is currently in stock, you will have to adjust the quantity before proceeding with the checkout process.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free with a product order (before taxes and shipping) of $100 or more.  No coupon code required.

Where is your warehouse located?  Can we shop the warehouse in person?  

All items listed on our website are located in our warehouse in Missouri.  At this time we do not have the facility to accommodate in-person shopping.

If I am local can I order without paying for shipping?

Yes!  Just place your order, you will have an option to 'Pick up from store'.  Once your order is placed and processed you will receive an email with pick up location and instructions.  We have a weather-proof, secure pick up location available for all of our local customers.  All of this information will be provided in the email you will receive once your order has processed.

Will you ship outside of the US?

No, unfortunately at this time we are only able to ship to the continental 48 US states.

How long does it take to process an order?

We will process and ship your order within 24 business hours.

What carrier do you use to ship?

At this time we use UPS for all of our shipping.  Once your order ships you will receive tracking information in an email.

Where is my package?

We are not responsible for any delays that the shipper has, however, please contact us to let us know of any shipping delay issues so that we can help resolve them. You can email us at sales@something-crafty.com for assistance.
